A teaser from the Radford wedding!!
So almost exactly 24 hours ago I got home from a week of SoCal sun in the warm of Desert Hot Springs (108* on sunday mind you).
I’ve been looking through the five memory cards worth of pics I took over the three days that I shot and I’m super stoked about this set, the collins set, and the terziu family sets as I work on them all to get them done.
Here’s a teaser from each! As always, ENJOY!!!!

Hi hi
I have been working on a secret (a new website!!!) that I think I just spoiled lol.
I’ve also been editing pics like it’s my day job lol.
I’ve finished editing the first half of the 2012 Potomac Youth Ministries convention pics AND all of the prom pics for one of my kids at church.
I hope you enjoy them as much as I enjoyed taking them!!!
I also wrote a new song this morning but I think it needs a chill bridge part; we’ll see.
Anyways, on to the pics

Sweet nothings…
That’s SOME love…
Love is like a tree.
It has rings that it grows that tells stories of its life. They say by reading the rings of a tree, you can see when it went through dry spells and when it went through easy times. When it had to be conservative and when it could flourish effortlessly.
It has branches that reach far from its roots to nourish and replenish that love. Like any great tree, it produces seeds that can grow into new trees.
Eventually if that love is healthy, you’ll have a yard full of trees.
These next few pictures are of a 50 year old love grown by the Pelletiers.
Definitely, as always, enjoy.

A celebration of 50 years of love...

Family and friends here to celebrate!

Some of the attendees of the original wedding were here that day

Proposing for the FIRST TIME EVER. Back in the day you just knew and got married.

A renewal of vows

A kiss

A dance

Being fruitful, they multiplied
Congratulations to the Pelletiers!!! May they have many, many more years of love to grow!!!
Love. 50 years in the making.
What if you married someone because you knew it was right… not because every one told you, you should?
What if you married someone you knew you’d love… even knowing love takes time?
What if you married someone you hadn’t proposed to… you just knew they’d be okay with that?
What if you waited 50 years to propose to the love of your life… only to already know the answer?
Congratulations to the Sherards and they’re 50th anniversary.
Here’s a sneak preview of the love I’ll be uploading next…

A proposal 50 years in the making...

KISS!!!
Yes, KISS is both an acronym for “Keep It Simple, Stupid” AND it’s a critical moment when two people’s lips meet and say hello.
It’s also a filler blog post since I’m editing like a crazy person.
As always, ENJOY!!!

Four favorite hugs from the Imbragulio wedding
So I finished editing the Imbragulio wedding pictures last night and there was a trend that really popped out at me in the reception pictures: great hugs. There’s nothing like a greathug. So let’s showcase a few, shall we?
I’ve got a set or two of pics to edit from a piknik so I supposed those are next for blogging material ^-^
As always, ENJOY!!!

Three more teasers from this weekend’s wedding…
I’m still working diligently through the 3071 pictures that I took on Friday night so bear with me
I’ll be done editing soon enough. I always quote people 4-6 weeks since that’s the industry standard and I never know what my schedule will be like but I’m trying as always to get these done extra quickly! So here are three quick teasers that I really like…
As always, ENJOY!!!

More Craig and Caroline Dunaway Pics FTW!!!!!
Yessir, I’m almost done going through their “day before your marriage” shoot and wedding day pics. I’m LOVING the vivid colors the D7000 seems to render. Is this really the magic of 14bit vs 12bit raw? Who cares! I just love it!!!
As always, Enjoy!!!

My best friend got married this weekend! (and I shot a wedding I was in lol)
It’s true. I was the best man in my best friend craig’s wedding (to his lady Caroline) and it was totally fun. I also lead worship for them too. And too them to their first married movie! And played halo with them first as a married couple! Mwah hahahaha!!!
So yeah, they’re honeymooning in boston and I’m editing wedding pictures at home.
Here are some teasers. (two actually, I should say “a couple of” but it’s got too much potential for punnage).
ENJOY, as always

Who doesn't love wedding parties?!
A trip to floriday!
So, yes, indeed. Thursday morning early (or tomorrow night late??), I’m going to start my drive to West Palm beach, FL. Camera gear? Check. Studio lighting? Check. Clothes? Double check. Guitar? Check.
Google maps says it’ll take me 17 hours to get to Craig’s house. I’m gonna be a best man-photographer-singer-dude so I need to be ready, right? lol.
I bet I get there in 15 or 16 hours. 15 would match my longest straight drive record and 16 would break it.
The first long distance drive I ever did was with a friend from Daytona Beach, FL to my house here in 14 hours.
The second long distance drive I ever did was from here in MD to california over 5 days, stopping in South Carolina, Louisiana, and Phoenix to visit friends. I think my longest sprint was from “la quinta” Louisiana to El Paso. Something like 13 hours.
The third long distance drive I ever did was from california (palm desert) to here in MD over three days stopping in Memphis, Tennessee to pick up a friend on the way home. 15 hours, 15 hours, 11 hours, home. I couldn’t wait to get home. (California is not all it’s cracked up to be, who knew!? The people are great. The area? Meh.)
This trip to West Palm beach will be the longest I’ve ever been in my car in one sitting.
Wish me luck
Sorry no pics in the blog today but I have to pack at least a little tonight
Hey! Where are the posts?!
SO this weekend, I went to a wedding (Sarah Fleming and Bryan Kampes) where I was just a weirdo guest lol. I felt so out of my element. I would have rather shot the thing than been chillin’ at it. It was fun though. Nice couple. I grabbed a couple of shots and even stole flash from the photographer in one lol.
Before I left for the wedding though, I was playing around with my umbrella and stand and found a new cheapo way to use the thing w/o and assistant… it’s called, your hip lol

On to the wedding pics!

Not being the shooter meant I could sit and shoot lol

First prayer together...

I hope you enjoyed them!!!
